    We are looking for a proactive, independent and experienced Geotechnical Project Manager with excellent proven record of working with small and/or large corporations with outstanding communication and organization skills.

    SUMMARY

    The Geotechnical Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing geotechnical projects from inception to completion and will work closely with clients, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    Project Management:

    Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.

    Monitor project progress and identify potential risks and issues.

    Coordinate with project team members and stakeholders to ensure timely completion of deliverables.

    Manage project finances and track expenses.

    Geotechnical Engineering:

    Oversee geotechnical investigations, including soil sampling, testing, and geophysical surveys.

    Review and evaluate geotechnical designs prepared by engineers.

    Provide technical guidance and support to project teams.

    Ensure compliance with geotechnical standards and regulations.

    Client Management:

    Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

    Understand client needs and expectations.

    Communicate project progress and address client concerns effectively.

    Team Leadership:

    Lead and mentor geotechnical engineers and technicians.

    Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    Bachelor's degree in Geotechnical Engineering or a related field.

    Minimum [number] years of experience in geotechnical project management.

    Strong understanding of geotechnical principles and practices.

    Proven ability to manage complex projects and meet deadlines.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera, Microsoft Project).

    Geotechnical Registration

    Professional Engineer (PE) license.

    Experience in the transportation or infrastructure industry.
