JOB SUMMARY:The Reporting and Data Analyst (ETL Analyst) provides exceptional customer-focus to the management of the Business data. This includes supporting the implementation and management of required to support Business Systems. Uses knowledge and expertise to conduct independent research and coordinates efforts to solve issues by identifying Internal/External resources.DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:Plans, coordinates, oversees, manages, implements, troubleshoots, and administers complex data analysis solutions, providing best information and reporting tools for the stakeholders.Designs, implements, and upgrades data analysis solutions.Serves as a resource and consultant for to managers, supervisors, and employees of the Plant, GNA, and division teams regarding the deployment of data analysis solutions.Uses independent judgment to determine which issues need to be escalated to management, vendors, or suppliers;Maintains a positive working relationship with all levels of the organization;Performs other duties as assigned.EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE:Bachelor's Degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.Experience collaborating with non-IT department personnel to determine reporting needs and discovering/selecting data sources needed to meet those needs.Experience developing Extract-Transform-Load (ETL) pipelines.Experience developing reports, dashboards, and Business Intelligence (BI) applications.Ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects while keeping stakeholders up-to-date on their progress.Microsoft Windows.Relational Databases (primarily SQL Server).Understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals.Description of types of experience required to be successful in position (i.e., prior management or supervisory experience).Involvement in process and procedure and what level of proficiency.Exposure to specific systems and/or equipment.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS and ABILITIES:Technical Experience with:OPC Servers (e.g. KepWare KepServer EX)Python programming using the Pandas DataFrame libraryData Warehouses (Kimball-Style or Star Schema)Azure Data LakeAzure Databricks (or Apache Spark, in general)Apache NiFiApache KafkaGrafanaMicrosoft Power BIANT Industrial StudioOSIsoft PI SystemLinuxDocker ContainersInductive Automation IgnitionProgrammable Logic Controllers (PLCs) (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, and/or Beckhoff TwinCATsoftware-PLC)Project Management Experience (PMP certification would be ideal).Experience working in a manufacturing environment.Experience in designing systems to collect real-time data from industrial automation equipment.SAP ERP experience.Bilingual (English/Spanish).Explicit information required in a specific field of study;Specific information that will give the person the ability to perform a task well;Excellent reporting and communications skills on all levels;Ability to work independently with very little;Non-technical or non-specific job requirements, i.e. regular attendance or ability to work as part of a team, ability to work overtime as needed, ability to travel as required.Proactivity to find technical solutions to improve processes.
