About the Marketing Associate position: ****

We are seeking a motivated Marketing Associate to support the planning and execution of our marketing and advertising initiatives both in-office and in the field, including field marketing, event marketing, trade shows, and street campaigning.

As a Marketing Associate, you should have a solid understanding of the marketing mix and consumer behavior analysis. You should be able to create spreadsheets and analyze quantitative data to interpret ROI and KPI metrics.

You will play a key role in helping us achieve our business goals by contributing to the creation of effective advertising campaigns. **

Responsibilities**

• Assist in ensuring the smooth operation of the Marketing department by adeptly managing administrative tasks.

• Identify new opportunities through market research.

• Gather and analyze consumer behavior data by examining web traffic, rankings, and other metrics.

• Generate reports on marketing and sales metrics, such as conversion rates.

• Support the organization and implementation of promotional events.

• Collaborate with the Marketing Design and Content teams to create advertising materials.

• Maintain an organized and accessible record of past marketing metrics and advertising campaigns.

• Produce regular reports forecasting sales.

• Monitor the marketing activities of competitors.

• Participate in field marketing, event marketing, trade shows, and street campaigning.

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a Marketing Associate, Marketing Assistant, or similar role.
• Knowledge of digital marketing tools and relevant techniques.
• Experience with SEO/SEM campaigns.
• Proficient use of computer programs, including MS Excel, web analytics, and Google Adwords.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
• Goal-oriented attitude.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a relevant field.
• Ability to support the Marketing department in the following:
  1. Traditional Marketing
  2. Digital Marketing, including email marketing, social media, and social media paid ads
  3. Brand and Creative
  4. Partnership Marketing
  5. Data Management
