    Job Description

    As a Digital Paid Advertising Specialist at Gesture you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across various platforms to achieve the marketing objectives set by the company. You will play a pivotal role in driving traffic, conversions, and revenue while maximizing ROI. Your expertise in digital advertising platforms, data analysis, and strategic thinking will be essential in achieving success in this role.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Campaign Strategy and Planning:

    - Collaborate with the senior management team and other departments to understand their objectives and develop effective digital advertising strategies.

    - Conduct thorough research and analysis of target audiences, keywords, and competitors to inform campaign planning.

    Campaign Execution:

    - Set up, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and others.

    - Create compelling ad copy, visuals, and landing pages to drive engagement and conversions.

    - Monitor and adjust campaign budgets, bids, and targeting to meet performance goals.

    Data Analysis and Reporting:

    - Regularly analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.

    - Prepare detailed reports for senior management and other departments, highlighting key performance metrics and recommendations for optimization.

    A/B Testing and Optimization:

    - Conduct A/B tests on ad creatives, landing pages, and other campaign elements to improve conversion rates and click-through rates.

    - Implement data-driven optimization strategies to enhance campaign performance continuously.

    Budget Management:

    - Manage ad budgets effectively, ensuring that campaigns stay within allocated budgets while maximizing ROI.

    - Provide management with budget recommendations based on performance and objectives.

    Stay Updated on Industry Trends:

    - Stay informed about industry trends, algorithm updates, and new advertising features to remain at the forefront of digital advertising practices.

    Qualifications:

    - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

    - Proven experience managing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other platforms.

    - Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.

    - Proficiency with digital advertising tools and platforms.

    - Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    - Detail-oriented with a passion for staying organized and meeting deadlines.

    - Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    - Google Ads and Facebook Ads certifications.

    - Experience with e-commerce advertising.

    - Familiarity with SEO and content marketing principles.

    - Knowledge of marketing automation tools and analytics platforms.

    Gesture is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The pay range for this role is in addition to commissions and bonuses. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor. The total compensation package for this position may also include annual performance bonus, stock, benefits and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.
