Job Description

Gibney’s Intellectual Property department seeks a student to assist attorneys with monitoring sales sites and social media platforms for a luxury brand client.  The position is heavily computer-based with emphasis on Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Responsibilities include monitoring sales sites and social media platforms in creative ways to protect clients’ trademarks and copyrights, as well as working closely with the attorney on reports and presentations.   Strong interest in intellectual property law is preferred.

Qualifications

JOB QUALIFICATIONS: The ideal candidate must have excellent Internet, research and analytical skills with strong attention to detail. Additionally, candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Database entry/maintenance and online shopping experience are ideal. Candidates are expected to work at least two to three days per week during regular work hours for 4-7 hour shifts
