We are seeking a Telemarketer/Outbound Sales Representatives to join our team!

We provide HVAC services for Houston residence since 1994, we work on residential and commercial equipments.

HOURLY BASE OR PERFORMANCE BASE! AND FOR THE RIGHT CANDIDATE A COMBINATION OF BOTH! FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE! 9AM-9PM In-office position - call center located in Houston,Texas. Great location! Right off I-10 and 610.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handle outbound calls to existing customers
• Book appointments at a high conversion rate
• Use a solutions-based approach to solve client needs
• Accept in a timely manner inbound calls from our clients
• Escalate customer concerns as needed
• Achieve and exceed productivity goals while maintaining high quality

​QUALIFICATIONS:

• 1 year Call Center experience preferred
• Exceptional phone and interpersonal skills Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to talk and type accurately to effectively summarize and relay information received
• Enter accurate and detailed records of client interactions and actions taken
• 1 year Sales experience preferred
• Familiar with CRM systems
• Familiar with HVAC Products
