Job Summary: We are in search of a dynamic and passionate Girls Pre-Team Coach/Team Coach to join our team. The role involves leading age-appropriate gymnastics practices, providing mentorship, and contributing to the development of young athletes. Candidates with a strong background in gymnastics fundamentals and progressions are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct age-appropriate workouts focusing on technique, endurance, skill development, and drills.
• Manage structured practices.
• Offer constructive feedback, guidance, and encouragement.
• Tailor practices to each child's unique abilities.
• Engage with parents/guardians effectively.
• Adhere to all health and safety protocols.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience coaching
• Ability to communicate with and educate parents.
• Understanding of physiology, exercise technique, and body mechanics is beneficial.
• Strong motivational and interpersonal communication skills.
