    Job Description

    • Intermediate Technical Skills: Enhanced proficiency in optometric tasks, including accurate lensometry and pretesting.

    • Effective Communication: Ability to convey complex information to patients clearly and empathetically.

    • Sales and Customer Engagement: Strong sales skills with a focus on upselling and customer retention.

    • Inventory Management: Competence in managing stock levels and understanding product range. Conducting monthly audits.

    • Quality Assurance: Commitment to maintaining high standards in all aspects of patient care and service delivery.

    Key Deliverables:

    • Effectively manage inventory

    • Ensuring optimal stock levels of frames.

    • Conduct pretesting and patient tech work with less than 5% error rate.

    • Maintain or improve the rate of five-star Google reviews.

    KPIs:

    • Capture Rate: 45%

    • Multi-Pair Sales: 10%

    • FYS on Contacts: 65%

    • Customer Satisfaction Rating: 85%

    • 5 star Google Reviews : 3 per week

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    Continued Education:

    • Courses: Advanced Optics, Inventory Management, Intermediate Sales Techniques.

    • Workshops/Seminars: Bi-monthly external seminars on opticianry trends and innovations.

    • Certification: Encourage completion of ABO certification if not already obtained; Introduction to NCLE (National Contact Lens Examiners) certification.

    Additional Information

    Hourly Rate:

    • Approximately $19.50 - $23

    Incentives:

    • $500 performance bonus

    • One additional paid time off day.

    • Reimbursement of ABO certification/NCLE certification
