    What will you be doing?

    Reporting to the Manager, Global Employee Experience, The Global Employee Experience Coordinator is a detail-oriented and highly organized professional responsible for coordinating Global Employee Experience Programs.

    Responsibilities:

    • Understand the objectives of Global Employee Experience to support the strategy and goals of the organization
    • Understand the importance of maintaining ongoing business relationships with colleagues and external partners
    • Maintain and support content such as decks and overviews, along with materials for programs, meetings, and conferences
    • Collaborate with proper stakeholders to ensure an exceptional employee experience before, during and after events.
    • Support participants and events through reservations, catering, and other hosting needs.
    • Maintain internal mailboxes, communication platforms and calendars to support employee communications and awareness

    Qualifications:

    • A Bachelors Degree is preferred or combination of education, training and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
    • Strong attention to detail and work ethic
    • Strong listening, written and verbal communication skills.
    • Personal time management skills and organization
    • Comfortable working in an open and highly interactive, fast-paced, communicative culture
    • Ability to embrace change and support multiple groups at one time
    • Ability to work well in a team environment with positive energy

    • Proven facilitation skills
    • In Depth understanding of WWT's IML
    • Proven experience leading and managing a team
    • Outstanding Presentation Skills
    • Exceptional Communicaton Skills both oral and written
    • Strong grasp of technology
    • Experience with analytics and surveying
    • Exceptional Consulting and Stakeholder Management skills
    • Strong Change Management skills
    • Solid understanding of EE technical skills including skill in MultiMedia and LMS systems
