Qualifications:
Bachelor or Master degree in Engineering or Computer Science.
3 to 8 years + Product Support Engineer Experience
Field Engineer in Machinery or Semiconductors experience
Repair, debug complex electro/mechanical equipment, computer systems, complex software, or networked and/or wireless systems experience
Technical support for field engineers, technicians, and product support personnel
Diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, and debugging complex semiconductor equipment experience
Responsibilities:
Provides technical support to field engineers, technicians, and product support personnel
Responds to situations where first-line product support has failed Reports design, reliability and maintenance problems or bugs to design engineering/software engineering
Customer installation and training involvement
Provides support to customer/users where the product is highly technical or sophisticated in nature
