    TITLE: Global Reach Coordinator

    DEPARTMENT: Administration

    LOCATION: Vacaville – Central Services

    HOURS: Part Time (28 hours)

    PURPOSE AND SUMMARY

    The Global Reach Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the mission of The Father’s House through the administration and coordination of local and global missions’ efforts. This position is responsible for providing organizational and logistical support to the Global Reach Director, volunteers, and Impact Teams, ensuring the smooth operation of all missions-related activities and initiatives. In addition, they will help communicate with all Global Reach Partners, churches, and organizations to accomplish TFH Global Reach endeavors.

    QUALIFICATIONS (at the time of hire)

    Must be a current TFH member and have previous administrative experience, preferably in a church or nonprofit environment, is highly desirable. Experience in event planning or mission trip coordination is a plus. High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree in a related field (e.g., Christian ministry, nonprofit management) preferred.) Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and/or (Docs, Sheets, Drive, SharePoint). Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality. A strong, active Christian faith and commitment to the mission of the church and its outreach efforts. A heart for Global Reach and a passion for supporting others in fulfilling the Great Commission.

    REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS

    Reports directly to the Global Reach Director

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    Administrative Support:

    Provide administrative support to the Global Reach Director by managing calendars, scheduling meetings, assisting with correspondence, and coordinating travel arrangements for personal and companion/guest.

    Assist in the creation, editing, and distribution of Global Reach-related materials, including newsletters, upcoming trip opportunities, and reports.

    Impact Trip Coordination:

    Assist in the planning and coordination of short-term trips, including travel arrangements, communications, accommodations, and itineraries.

    Collect and track necessary documents, and payments for trip participants via Go Method.

    Communication and Outreach:

    Serves as a point of contact for Global Reach partners, volunteers, and participants.

    Maintains and update a database of Global Reach partners, sponsors, and volunteers. Ensures the TFH Global Reach site is updated and current.

    Works closely with Communications to request announcements in The Weekly, Global Reach Mailer, and at Pursuit to promote trips.

    Financial Administration:

    Assists trip leaders with budgeting and tracking expenses for Global Reach-related activities, including Impact Trips and projects.

    Processes reimbursements, invoices, and donations related to Global Reach.

    Maintains records of travel arrangements, process payments.

    Orders supplies for teams as needed.

    Works closely with accounting to request travel, project, and emergency funds needed for teams to travel.

    Distributes, counts, and collects trip funds for each team.

    Volunteer & Accounting Policies:

    Revises and updates the Trip Leader and Co-Leader Manual.

    Works with accounting to revamp and update the trip budgets and processes.

    Prayer Support & Spiritual Care:

    Fosters a spirit of prayer and encouragement among teams and participants.

    Assists in coordinating prayer for teams at Pursuit prior to trip departures.

    Physical Requirements:

    Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time.

    Ability to lift 25 pounds.

    Ability to attend occasional evening or weekend events and Impact Trips (when applicable).

    Work Environment:

    Work is performed in an office setting with occasional travel for Global Reach-related events, trips, and activities.

    Some flexibility in work hours may be required to accommodate Impact Trip schedules or special events.
