ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Business Development | RPO/HR Services Sales
This is primarily a business development role with some full-cycle recruiter duties. We're looking for individuals who have had real staffing industry experience selling RPO services, including client outreach, presentations, negotiation pricing, and closing the deal. The Contract Business Development Associate / Recruiter is responsible for generating leads and qualifying prospects for the RPO Division. This position will be responsible for cold calling, email marketing, and lead generation. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of outsourced services in staffing/recruiting/ industry and be able to identify and develop relationships with key decision-makers. Nothing is handed to you here. You will start at ground zero to develop your client and candidate pipelines from scratch. While we provide you the tools, you will have to achieve your goals through your own determination and perseverance.
WHAT YOU BRING TO Global Staffing: Engagement Expertise: You should have a proven track record for new client engagement, preferably within the staffing industry. Your ability to build and nurture client relationships is crucial to your success in this role. Business Acumen: Understanding the staffing industry and its challenges is essential. REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to sell the value in allowing Global Staffing — and its recruiting team — to be a company's RPO vendor.
2+ in a business development role, within the staffing industry, selling RPO + HR services
2+ years proficiency in using lead generation tools — such as ZoomInfo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator — is a mandatory requirement .
2+ years demonstrated business development capabilities, particularly in cold lead generation (cold-calling, email marketing, LinkedIn engagement strategies, etc.)
High School Diploma or GED; BA – BS Degree preferred.
