DESCRIPTION OF POSITION
We are looking for a Director, Client Reporting who will lead the team of client, operational and quality reporting specialists across the globe, including on-site reporting resources; including the technical reporting roles such as report developers and BI specialists. Lead presentations to the client on the results, ensuring accuracy and polish. Respond to requests related to client reporting, strategic planning, special monthly/quarterly/annual reporting or any other special reporting needs required by senior leadership and business partners.

Required Experience
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Knowledge of a specialized field (however acquired), such as basic accounting, computer, etc. equivalent of four years in high school, plus night, trade extension, or correspondence school specialized training, equal to two years of college, plus 7 years related experience and/or training, and 2 years related management experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES Directly supervises a team of individuals. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organizations policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring and training employees; planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance, rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
COMMUNICATION SKILLS Ability to effectively communicate information and respond to questions in person-to-person and small group situations with customers, clients, general public and other employees of the organization. Ability to read, analyze, and understand general business/company related articles and professional journals; Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and policy/procedure manuals; Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public. Ability to read, analyze, and understand common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents; Ability to respond to complex or difficult inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community. MATHEMATICAL SKILLS Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane, algebra, solid geometry and trigonometry. CRITICAL THINKING SKILLS Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of known variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram formats. SUPERVISION RECEIVED Under general direction, working from policies and general directives. Rarely refers specific cases to supervisor unless clarification or interpretation of the organization’s policy is required.
