To provide Graebel Relocation Services Worldwide Clients with highly knowledgeable and skilled relocation accounting support through the processing of our clients' global relocation expenses.
JOB SUMMARY:
Functional Lead representing the Finance Accounting teams (160+ employees) for Project Helix. The person will be responsible for the driving business requirements, identifying business impacts, creating new processes, and leading the implementation of a new end case management system (including integration into our existing Microsoft D365 ERP system).

PRINCIPAL/ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Direct the Subject Matter Experts, leading the gathering of business requirements and identifying gaps for the Finance/Accounting teams (represent 160+ Finance and Accounting employees). Present options for strategy around data and business process flow between our new front end technology and existing Microsoft D365 application. Approve final business requirements, in conjunction with Transformation Lead and Customer Experience Lead.
Lead the gathering of business requirements for financial integration between the new technology and the existing Microsoft D365 ERP system. Work with IT to design, build and implement bi-directional interfaces between the applications to automate the flow of data. Support data conversion for the rollout of new technology, including strategy for historical financial data.
Lead the design/creation of functional business processes (Finance/Accounting) to enable the technology rollout. Approve test scenarios, User Acceptance Testing (UAT) results against acceptance criteria (unit + end to end testing). Support the Financial configuration components of the new front-end technology to be implemented, in order to drive accuracy and completeness of the design.
Communicate feedback on the design of training content. Review, update and approve training materials. Support end-user training delivery to the Accounting and Finance organization. Approve communications to functional end-users.
Support key automation projects for the current D365 ERP system, to allow for integration with our future front end technology (in conjunction with the design of Project Helix)
