For a role in management at the entry level, we are looking for a Remote Benefits Sales Consultant to join our team.

We're searching for people who have a growth attitude, are coachable, self-motivated, and have outstanding communication and presentation abilities. From initial introduction, appointment setting, presentation, needs analysis, benefits enrollment, and customer service (claims) for our clients, you will be in charge of the whole customer-facing process.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, a strong work ethic, a positive outlook, high energy, and remarkable attention to detail. After exceeding pre-established performance goals, you will be able to fast advance the career path because we only promote from within.

Responsibilities:

• Make contact with both existing and future clients
• present benefit programs
• Process benefit applications with extreme care
• Respond to client questions and help with claims
