We are looking to hire 1 or 2 top quality Insurance Sales Leaders experienced in the sales of supplemental insurance products. Our current office is in Lubbock Tx, but we are looking for the right people to develop in any market across the U.S. Family Heritage is a subsidiary of the Globe Life Corporation, Rated A+ by AM Best for Financial Strength. We market much needed supplemental health benefits to working class American families, individuals, and B2B. The requirements for this position include but are not limited to the following: Have an outstanding sales ability, proven training record, and a strong recruiting mentality with the purpose of building a Team. This individual must be able to recruit a solid team, train them and teach them to make money educating others about the necessity for supplemental benefits. Representing Family Heritage, you will have the opportunity to educate others with a product that is a necessity. This position has a very high upside potential for income to the right individual and the ability to potentially provide a solid legacy for your family through lifetime residuals based on the 5-year vesting program.
