We hire based on potential, not experience. We’re looking for Outside Sales candidates with excellent interpersonal skills that are looking for a long-term career.

COMPENSATION: On target earnings of $45,000 to $100,000 first year! UNCAPPED EARNING POTENTIAL AND BONUSES!

LOCATION & HOURS: Out of office working your assigned leads. Only one meeting a week in-office at West Allis, WI. Must reside in Wisconsin.

OUTSIDE SALES REP RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Consult with customers on health-related products and services to provide the best solutions for their health and financial well-being
•  Meet or exceed, new enrollment target through the conduct of independent, thorough, accurate marketing and enrollment presentations to potential businesses in assigned territory
•  Demonstrate a working knowledge of and accurately represent all of company product lines
•  Schedule appointments to meet with potential clients to complete the enrollment process
•  Maintain and nurture constructive relationships with community organizations, trade associations, local business groups, city agencies, and other company business associates
• Complete and submit, in a timely manner, all reports required by management
• Identify additional needs customers may have and help them to upgrade

OUTSIDE SALES REP REQUIREMENTS:

• No experience required - just a great attitude and interest in helping others!
• High school diploma or GED required
• AA or Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
• Valid driver’s license required
• WI State Accident and Health License and/or WI State Life License preferred, but not required
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and similar software applications. Demonstrate a proven ability to use and operate a laptop and other technical devices.
• Excellent interpersonal, oral communication, listening, and negotiation skills are required
• Able to pass a background check
• Must be eligible to work in U.S. without sponsorship
