Job Overview:
A Kitchen Assistant supports the kitchen staff in all aspects of meal preparation and presentation, ensuring that the kitchen operates smoothly and efficiently. This role involves a variety of tasks including food preparation, cleaning, and assisting chefs as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Food Preparation:
1. ****Assist in the preparation of ingredients by washing, peeling, chopping, and slicing.
2. Prepare simple dishes such as salads, sandwiches, and soups.
3. Ensure all food items are stored properly and maintain inventory.
- Cleaning and Maintenance:

2. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the kitchen, including floors, counters, and storage areas.
3. Dispose of trash and clean garbage cans.
- Support for Chefs:

2. Help plate and garnish dishes before they are served.
3. Handle food deliveries and ensure they are stored correctly.
- Compliance and Safety:

Qualifications:
