Responsibilities: • Platform Management: Configure, optimize, and maintain the Go High-Level CRM to meet business needs. • Automation & Workflows: Design and implement automated workflows, campaigns, and lead funnels. • Lead Management: Ensure seamless lead tracking, nurturing, and reporting across all stages of the pipeline. • Custom Integrations: Integrate third-party tools, applications, and APIs to enhance platform functionality. • Reporting & Analytics: Generate and analyze reports to track KPIs, optimize campaigns, and present actionable insights. • Team Training: Provide ongoing training and support to ensure the team is proficient in utilizing Go High Level. • Troubleshooting: Quickly identify and resolve technical issues within the platform. Qualifications: • Proven experience with Go High Level CRM (minimum of 1-2 years). • Strong understanding of lead generation strategies and marketing automation. • Proficiency in setting up email and SMS campaigns. • Familiarity with third-party integrations and API connections. • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and improve performance. • Excellent communication and organizational skills. • Availability to work flexible hours to meet deadlines and team needs. • Must be located in Northern Virginia or willing to relocate. Compensation: $25 - $35 hourly
