GOBUNDANCE IS SEEKING A REMOTE MEMBER AMBASSADOR TO JOIN OUR TEAM OF PROFESSIONALS.  YOUR CORE FUNCTION AS THE MEMBER AMBASSADOR IS TO UNDERSTAND AND ENGAGE WITH CURRENT MEMBERS TO SUPPORT THEM ON THEIR GOBUNDANCE JOURNEY.  THIS ROLE IS A COMBINATION OF SERVICE, SUPPORT, PROSPECTING, AND CHAMPIONING THE GOBUNDANCE COMMUNITY AND ORGANIZATION.  WE OPERATE AT A HIGH LEVEL OF PERFORMANCE AND NEED A SELF-STARTER TO COME ON BOARD AND MAKE THIS JOB THEIR OWN WHILE GAINING RESULTS AND BEING ACCOUNTABLE TO THE PROCESS AND LEADERSHIP.  WE OFFER COMPETITIVE COMPENSATION, BENEFITS PACKAGE REIMBURSEMENT, AND 401K, AND THE CHANCE TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE PERKS AND KNOWLEDGE OF THE GOBUNDANCE COMMUNITY.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

·        Deep understanding of our members and their needs, expectations, and requirements for membership

·        Enhance members’ experience within GoBundance

·        Make members aware of all GoBundance activities and increase attendance at winter & summer events

·        Communicate courteously and effectively with the team

·        Follow all company processes and procedures without exception

·        Maintain a high level of member retention and consistently strive to meet or exceed company goals

·        Various other duties to be assigned

SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES MUST HAVE:

·        Must be at least 21 years of age

·        Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Business, or relevant coursework preferred but not required

·        3-5 years of sales experience

·        Strong verbal communication skills

·        Be data and systems driven

·        Ability to build rapport and represent the company in a positive and professional manner

·        Highly self-motivated, focused, and goal-oriented

·        Expert in time management and organization

·        Ability to adapt to changes with ease

·        Maintain an upbeat attitude

·        Ability to follow exact processes and procedures

·        Proven ability to succeed

·        Basic knowledge of Slack

·        Basic knowledge of ZOOM
