We are seeking a Personal Injury Legal Assistant (Entry Level) to become a part of our team! You will provide overall support to attorney and paralegal business needs. Responsibilities: * Prepare correspondence and subpoenas under the supervision of a paralegal and/or attorney * E-Filing pleading with the Courts * Scheduling hearings, mediation, depositions and additional attorney needs * Assist with filing, records follow-up and organizing and preparation of files for hearings, meditations, depositions, etc. * Conduct research to support legal proceedings * Assist with the drafting and reviewing of legal documents * Record and store client information Preferred ​ Qualifications: * Previous experience as a legal assistant or other legal field * Knowledge of Aderant Total Office, formerly Client Profiles * Ability to prioritize and multitask * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Deadline and detail-oriented * Exceptional organizational skills Please include all phone numbers and supervisors full name of each job on your resume with a list of at least three references from those jobs.
