Real Estate Showing Agent - Investment Properties We are looking for an enthusiastic Real Estate Showings Assistant to join Golden Equity Investments in Atlanta, GA. You will be asked to drive to and from scheduled showings while providing exceptional customer service as you assist with property showings for our clients. You will be responsible for facilitating the showings, providing support during the showing, and answering inquiries from potential buyers. Salary is $13-$15/hour. - 15- 25 Hrs /Week Responsibilities: • Accompany clients on showings and provide necessary information regarding available properties • Record all showings and client interactions • Maintain open communication with buyers, sellers, and Real Estate Agents • Deliver premier service during all interactions • Facilitate scheduling tasks for Agents when necessary Qualifications: • Must possess a valid real estate license issued in the state of Georgia • Must have a reliable form of transportation • Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills Compensation: $13 - $15 hourly
