Responsibilities: • Make calls to leads to build relationships and override objections to facilitate sales • Conduct research to evaluate comparables, property value, and condition • Follow up with homeowners and negotiate prices to make offers • Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software to track contact interactions • Respond to leads promptly to advance the business • Participate in all appointments scheduled by property analysts Qualifications: • Exceptional communication and strong phone skills, including setting and closing appointments • Self-starter who is comfortable working without direct supervision • Ability to build rapport with prospects and clients • Understanding of comparables, property values, and conditions in the local area • Negotiation and persuasion skills • Willingness to take initiative and strive to exceed goals • Commitment to success and customer satisfaction Compensation: $50,000 - $75,000 yearly
