Facility Maintenance/Equipment Repair Gold’s Gym is continuing to change lives by helping people reach their individual potential every day! We are looking for someone skilled in a variety of maintenance, facility, and/or IT repair fields - a jack of all trades some would say! Main Responsibilities:

Coordinate the completion of maintenance tasks across multiple clubs, prioritizing for efficiency and cost effectiveness

Maintain internal work order software, updating existing orders and completing all orders timely

Maintain and service all equipment within the Gold's Gyms across Middle Tennessee

Partner with supervisor to order required parts

Participate in weekly maintenance meeting with support partners, ownership, and area managers

Recommend and facilitate additional third-party assistance when needed

Support facility upkeep with painting, flooring, fixture placement, sign, fan, and light maintenance

Support remodels and brand renewals by providing assistance where needed

Assist the IT manager with troubleshooting and system repairs as needed

Qualifications:

Possess a demonstrated ability to do mechanical repairs and improve equipment operation

Possess a strong work ethic and time management skills

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

2-3 years of maintenance experience; fitness industry preferred

Ability to lift 50lbs, bend, sit, stand, and move regularly is required

Reliable transportation - must be able to travel between 8 clubs in the middle and west Tennessee regions
