Responsibilities:
Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients and generate leads
Identify and qualify leads by understanding client needs and assessing their potential fit with our offerings
Engage in persuasive and professional conversations to present product features, benefits, and solutions
Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions and lead status
Collaborate with the team to optimize strategies, share insights, and contribute to achieving sales targets
Continuously update knowledge of services and programs, industry trends, and competitor offerings to enhance sales pitches
