Duties:

Perform a variety of duties techinical, analytical and/or sensitive assignments for Justice programs, operations & administration.

• Research clients by identifying, locating and extracting relevant background data from varies sources
• Prepares and compiles information
• Reviews and compares vendor records
• Interacts with a varieity of individuals (supervisors, vendors & external agencies) when participating in meetings, mediating disputes and consulting services, etc.
• Organizes and coordinates internal and external activity while maintaining productivity and other statistics
• Monitors processes and programs
• May help evaluate the effectiveness of various programs
• Performs, interviews, reviewing, communicating, creating/maintaining files, compiling/processing reports and routing documents etc.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred but not a deal breaker

Minimum Requirements:

Option 1: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university AND one year of expereince performing basic to routine analystical assignments including research, analyzing and communicating information, as well as recommending solutions to problems related to program support

Option 2: A Master's degree or higher from an accredited college or university in a discipline related to the core business function of the dept such as health, social services or justice programs

Option 3: Four years' expereince performing basic to routine analytical assignments which involve interviewing, researching, analyszing and communicating information as well as recommending solutions to problems

Option 4: Three years' expereince at the level of Sr. Investigator Aid, Pretrial Services, Probation
