Base Salary: $21 per hour minimum. Night shift employees will receive an additional $0.45 shift differential.

This position operates on an incentive-based pay structure, allowing you to earn between $24.50 and $37.50 per hour.

Sign-On Bonus of $1,000. Eligible employees will receive $250 after completing the first week of employment, with the remaining $750 paid after 90 days of employment. To qualify, candidates must be new employees, not rehires.

The Factory Production Associates operate manufacturing equipment and/or perform manual labor to supply raw materials, products, or services related to tire and tire component manufacturing and processing.

• Punctuality and attendance are crucial to the success of our operations and contribute to a positive team environment. We expect employees to demonstrate reliable attendance.

Shift Details: New hires will likely join the night shift, working from 6 pm to 6 am.

• 2-2-3 work schedule (one week you would work Monday and Tuesday, have Wednesday and Thursday off, then work Friday to Sunday. The following week, the schedule would be reversed - off on Monday and Tuesday, work Wednesday and Thursday, off on Friday to Sunday.)

Work Environment: Goodyear Plant in Findlay, Ohio

• The job entails working in a fast-paced, heavy industrial environment, where you may be assigned to various areas of the factory.

• The environmental conditions can be hot, cold, and noisy.

• Safety is our top priority, and strict adherence to safety procedures and guidelines is mandatory. This includes wearing safety gear such as hearing and eye protection, protective clothing, and steel-toed shoes.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lifting/carrying products weighing 50-75 pounds repeatedly

• Walking or standing, which may involve stooping, crawling, and crouching around conveyors and/or production equipment

• Operating and monitoring equipment/production line, adjusting or moving materials and/or finished products as needed to ensure smooth flow and machine operation

• Efficiently and safely operating manufacturing equipment

• Ensuring product quality

• Facilitating prompt repairs to the production line and collaborating with maintenance personnel as required

• Cleaning equipment and work area during and after shifts

• Maintaining daily records of downtime and machine operations

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years

• Legally authorized to work in the US without company sponsorship now or in the future

• Able to lift heavy objects, climb, stand, squat, bend, and work at heights with or without reasonable accommodations

You should have proficiency in:
