COMMERCIAL LINE ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE - ROCKVILLE CENTRE, NY - SALARY $70-80,000

Our Client a mid sized Rockville Center brokerage seeks a career minded Account Executive to support middle market clients

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage client relationships to maintain high account retention rate
• Analyze exposure, deficiencies etc. and develop winning marketing strategies
• Prepare renewal proposals, process and marketing/remarketing strategies
• Complete applications, obtains quotes, negotiates premiums, develops coverage comparisons, and prepare proposals
• Binds coverage, prepare binders and delegate certificates, etc
• Deal directly with underwriters as well as Quote and bind via carrier portals

QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years related work experience
• Valid insurance license
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Good problem solving and time management skills
• Ability to work within a team
• Good planning, organizational and prioritization skills
• Must be computer literate with working knowledge of Applied Epic/Tam is preferred
