    Position Summary:
    We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Government Business Development Manager to lead our expansion efforts within the government sector.

    This critical role focuses on securing strategic contracts for security guard services through government tenders and agreements.

    The ideal candidate is a “hunter” with strong government connections, a proven track record of successful deals, and a deep understanding of the U.S. security services industry, ideally complemented by military training or experience.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Strategic Development : Identify and develop business opportunities with government entities for security service contracts.
    2. Relationships & Networking: Build strong relationships with decision-makers in government agencies, leveraging an established network to access strategic tenders.
    3. Bid Management : Lead the entire bidding process, from opportunity identification to proposal submission and contract closure.
    4. Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate contract terms and conditions, ensuring favorable agreements that meet financial objectives.
    5. Market Analysis : Monitor trends in the security sector and government regulations to refine strategies and maximize opportunities.
    6. Client Management : Serve as the primary point of contact for government agencies, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.

    • 7. Target Achievement : Meet revenue and contract objectives, delivering swift and effective results.

    Requirements:

    • Proven Experience : At least 8 years of experience in business development with a focus on the government sector, particularly in securing security service contracts.
    • Tangible Results : A strong track record of successfully closing government contracts within the service industry.
    • Network : Solid connections with relevant government agencies in Florida or at the federal level.
    • Military Background (Preferred) : Previous military training or experience with a deep understanding of security services.
    • Sales Expertise : Highly motivated "hunter" profile with the ability to identify and rapidly close opportunities.
    • Industry Knowledge : In-depth understanding of the U.S. security services market, including applicable government regulations.
    • Negotiation Skills : Strong negotiation, persuasion, and objection-handling abilities.
    • Education : Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Relations, or related fields (preferred).
    • Languages : Fluent English (required); Spanish is a plus.
