Skills and Experience:

Required:

· Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a Business related field such as Economics.

· Demonstrated specialized experience in building, monitoring and modifying financial and budget execution plans using MS Excel, MS Project and other finance databases.

Desired:

· Master’s in Business Administration or related field.

· Demonstrated specialized experience with Government budget planning, tracking and execution.

· Demonstrated specialized experience with DoD fiscal budget process.

· Demonstrated specialized experience in linking Program Objective Memorandum (POM) and Budget Planning with Budget Execution and Control.

· Demonstrated specialized experience identifying budget issues, proposing potential solutions, and communicating impacts to the Government.

· Demonstrated specialized experience with fiscal budget execution goals and reporting.
