The Front Desk Administrator is a key person for our school. He/she is responsible for servicing Gracie Barra Students and prospects with professionalism, excitement and reinforcing the values of Gracie Barra and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu through several different tasks and processes related to enrollment, customer service, POS Management, event coordination, social media, etc.

Will be helping sale memberships and offer a great customer service.

Although there are a number of excellent martial art studios in the Austin Metropolis, we offer world-class level Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu instruction for individuals, families, and Law Enforcement officials of Austin. Our program is a reference for fitness, character development, self-defense, martial art, and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu training for the communities of Austin, Cedar Park, Leander, Georgetown and Round Rock, Texas.

The Gracie Barra Cedar Park classes are aligned with the Gracie Barra Program Structure developed by Master Carlos Gracie Jr. to meet specific learning needs from people with different ages, gender and levels. Our firm is seeking an experienced Front Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our firm. In this position, you will be responsible for guest relations, office supply management, recruiting, scheduling and payroll. The ideal candidate will have at least five years in hotel management and will be able to provide examples of their ability to adhere to company policies and meet strict deadlines.

• Effectively communicate with guest services staff, supervisors, and the general public.
• Ensure the guest experience is positive.
• Manage guest issues and complaints.
• Guide front office staff in achieving goals.
• Coach front office staff in achieving goals.
• Coordinate with supervisors to ensure guest needs are met.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: $13.75 - $32.00 per hour
