Kumon is one of the largest home based Math and Reading tutoring program. Our classrooms are fast paced and require attentive staff members who are conscious about students’ needs and can multitask while maintaining a calm environment.

Job Summary:

Kumon Broadlands is looking for part time grader willing to work 16 -20 hours every week.

Job Requirements:

Must have good verbal English language skills

Be willing to learn and understand Kumon grading

Be proficient in Math and Reading – not required but preferred

Experience with kids preferred but not required

Willing to make a long-term commitment

Good communication skills

Willing to learn

Respectful, positive attitude, good organizational skills

Assist students in completing assignments

Must be eligible to work in USA

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a Kumon grader is preferred

High school diploma/GED required,

Patient, understanding, and reliable

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
