    Job Description

    Timing Division (TD) is looking for a Graduate Product Engineer to join our team to drive the product development of state-of-the-art High-frequency Optical Driver/TIA devices. This is a unique and exciting opportunity to work with cross-functional team to bring a product to live, starting from product conception to production release. The job scope includes but are not limited to, development of the test plan to ensure datasheet specifications are met. Owner of the characterization and qualification report to ensure compliance with datasheet and JEDEC quality standards. Creation and maintenance of product BOM. Test program management to address yield and quality deficiencies using statistical analysis.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Full PE product lifecycle ownership from concept to end of life, with a focus on ensuring the delivery of the highest quality products to our end customers

    • Full ownership of ATE test plan, characterization, qualification and safe launch plans (definition, execution, and schedule management)

    • Test program management, maximize test coverage, test quality and reduce test time

    • Drive backend product qualification and characterization schedule with cross-functional team

    • Product BOM release and maintenance. Change management.

    • Quality excursion management. Work with internal engineering teams to root cause and address customer field returns. Work with supplier on issues to minimize delivery and quality impacts

    • Drive yield monitoring and improvement activities. Use statistical analysis to drive engineering decisions

    • PAT, SYL, SBL, SPC limit and disposition optimizations to protect quality without excessive waste

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Knowledge of analog and RF circuitry and the common building blocks, device physics.

    • Experience with common lab test equipment (DC power supply, oscilloscope, spectrum analyzer, multi-meters etc).

    • Understand and apply statistical analysis to isolate the issue and make data-driven decisions.

    • Strong verbal and written communication skill

    • A good team player. Effective in fast paced, dynamic work environment

    EDUCATION:

    • BS in Electrical Engineering

    • MS in Electrical Engineering is preferred

    Additional Information

    The expected annual pay range for this position is $75,000 - $95,000. This position is also eligible for bonus opportunities. Please note that final offer amount will be dependent on geographic location, applicable experience, and skillset of the candidate.
