Job description, responsibilities and duties
- responsible for continuous improvement of manufacturing processes
- delivery of successful projects using the Lean Manufacturing Philosophy in production and transactional processes
- facilitate workshops, follow up of action plans, ensure completeness and timing
- work with plant team to identify Lean project opportunities
- co-ordinate the creation, monitor and report progress of the CI/Plant-Roadmap
- train and mentor the local organization on the Lean Philosophy
- mentor peers and management in the formulation and execution of process improvement projects
- network with experts at the factory and with other Lean Facilitators around the world
- shares actively best practice (plant internal/ external) and drives implementation
- implement the Lean Philosophy and understanding within the facility on all levels
- support if needed other Lear plants or suppliers to implement lean techniques
- candidate will work with the central team to drive the understanding and implementation of the Lear Manufacturing System throughout the Lear European facilities
Personality requirements and skills
- speak and write English and Slovak
- more than 2 years working experience as CI Coordinator/Supervisor/Leader or similar position
- good knowledge with Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- experience in production/automotive company
- basic knowledge of quality, environmental and work environmental
