    To provide Graebel Relocation Services Worldwide Clients with highly knowledgeable and skilled processing of our clients' global relocation expenses and provide support to the Client Financial Services Expense, Payroll, and Compensation teams.

    Required Skills

    PRINCIPAL/ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    1. Audits, processes and approves disbursements including but not limited to tenancy management, education, and allowance payments in adherence to the client policy. Includes processing of ACH, wires, and check payments.  Performs reconciliation, audits, and research, as needed. Provides Customer Service support to internal and external customers. Works with business partners to resolve questions with expense reimbursements. 
    2. Sets up new files in Global Connect. This involves ensuring that the payroll system, tax, and wage policies, and salary setup are accurate and complete. This duty is performed daily, about 30% of the time.
    3. Calculates domestic cost estimates per client requirements. 
    4. Assist in other projects as needed for the Expense, Payroll, or Compensation teams. Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.

    Required Experience

    EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience.

    Skills:

    • Intermediate: Spreadsheet 
    • Basic: 10-Key, Alphanumeric Data Entry, Word Processing/Typing 
    • Ability to effectively communicate information and respond to questions in person to person and small group situations with customers, clients, general public and other employees of the organization.

     

     

    Hourly wage between $18-$18.50. Comprehensive benefits package that includes: 401(k), health insurance (medical, dental, vision), Employee assistance program, paid time off based on years of service, paid holidays per year, life insurance and disability coverage.
