Direct Sales Agent Duties: Act as the subject matter expert on the technical selling points of our products and services. Generate leads and schedule appointments with new clients. Establish positive relationships by ensuring timely response to all customer inquiries and concerns across all channel
As a Direct Sales Agent, You are responsible for driving sales and achieving the company's overall goals. A Direct Sales Agent primary duties include acting as a technical expert on the products and services we offer, generating leads and scheduling appointments with new clients, and providing excellent customer service by responding promptly to inquiries and concerns.
You must maintain a professional tone and demeanor when interacting with customers, and ensure our products and services are presented in a manner that portrays their value and potential benefits. Additionally, an agent is tasked with staying up-to-date on industry trends and making sure our services remain competitive in the market. The ultimate goal is to provide our clients with the best possible experience and help them to achieve their goals.
Additionally, we have a management training program where there is no seniority to get to the top. We are looking for over qualified applicants to apply for this position but we do hire and train entry level applicants that want to get their career started!
Direct Sales Agent Requirements: You have an entrepreneurial mindset backed by a proven experience in sales and/or customer service. Ability to work both individually and as part of a team. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Sound consultative selling skills and mastery of the art of sales.
