We’re currently representing one of the premier non-profits in the Downtown Miami, FL area that is seeking Billing Coordinator for their grants department. Our client specializes in humanitarian efforts, and assisting the underserved population of Miami. They have been in operation more than 50 years, and have helped more than hundreds of thousands in need. This is a full-time, contract-to-hire, on-site role with excellent compensation and benefits. Key job duties, among others:

• Monthly grant invoices for different governmental agencies.
• Accounts receivables, posting monthly invoices and properly applying payments.
• Daily bank reconciliations, monthly cash flows, GL maintenance, and manages petty cash.
• Month-end closing procedures.
• Grant applications and compliance reports.
•  Assist with annual audits.
•  Act as backup for accounts payable.
• Manage daily donations.
• Act as backup for remote deposits and credit card processing.
