Job Summary:
The Museum Grants Manager will research, write, and manage grants from inception to completion, to support the museum's operations and programs. This role involves identifying funding opportunities, developing grant proposals, and maintaining grant reporting. The Grants Manager will work closely with staff to align grants with the museum's goals, under the direction of the Finance Director. This is an entry to mid-level position in grant management within the Museum setting.
Responsibilities:
Manage the Museum’s current grants portfolio
Research and identify funding opportunities
Developing grant proposals
Maintain grant reporting and communication
Collaborate with museum staff on grant alignment
Build relationships with funders and stakeholders
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and/or elated experience with knowledge of grant compliance and reporting requirements.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and grant management software.
