Job Description

The Graphic Artist will have expert knowledge of current design software and be skilled in every step of the design process, from concept to final deliverable. Collaborating with multiple teams across the company, the graphic designer should be able to take written or spoken ideas and convert them into a design that connects. The successful candidate will have a thorough understanding of branding and marketing, and be able to find the right style and layout for every project.

Qualifications

• Creating layouts for print publications, websites, and other visual media.
• Developing visual concepts to effectively communicate messages and ideas.
• Using design software like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
• Collaborating with clients, copywriters, and other team members to bring designs to life.
• Addressing design challenges and finding creative solutions.
• Managing design projects from concept to completion.
• Effectively communicating design ideas and receiving feedback.
• Staying up-to-date with design trends, technologies, and best practices.
• Adapting designs to different media and platforms.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in graphic design, art, or related discipline
• Have a minimum of three (3) years’ experience professional graphic design, preferably with a creative or marketing agency.
• SECRET security clearance minimum

Additional Information

• Must be a U.S. Citizen and eligible to work on Government contracts.
• Must be able to obtain a Common Access Card (CAC).
