We're looking for a Graphic Designer to join our Subscription Team. __
The Graphic Designer will support the e-commerce subscription and recurring revenue initiatives for Aroma360, Hotel Collection, Hotel Scents, and international expansion efforts. This role focuses on creating high-quality designs that drive engagement, retention, and conversion while maintaining the luxury brand identity. The ideal candidate will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver compelling visuals that enhance the customer experience and align with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Packaging Design for Subscription Bundles :
- Design innovative packaging solutions to elevate the unboxing experience.
- Develop creative mockups during the concept phase and finalize packaging specifications.
- Monitor competitor packaging to gather insights and ensure designs are impactful and brand-forward.
Monthly Box Inserts :
- Create distinct and engaging inserts for subscription boxes that drive revenue.
- Ensure designs align with the integrated brand message across all brands.
Promotional Offers :
- Develop visual assets for promotional campaigns across digital platforms, including website, email, and social media.
- Source and integrate lifestyle imagery that aligns with luxury branding and international market visuals.
Visual Reporting Support :
- Design infographics, charts, and presentation materials to communicate key data insights.
- Support internal teams with visually compelling reports.
Visual Library Coordination :
- Manage and maintain the visual asset library for consistency, accessibility, and usability by internal teams and agency partners.
Website Visual Modifications :
- Update and optimize website visuals to enhance user experience and increase conversions.
- Create visuals showcasing product key selling points.
New Product Visuals :
- Develop high-quality visuals for product launches, including banners, product mockups, and lifestyle photography.
- Ensure visuals align with the luxury brand identity.
Competitor Monitoring :
- Monitor competitor promotional and packaging designs.
- Provide insights to ensure designs remain innovative, competitive, and relevant.
Key Competencies
- Proven graphic design experience, preferably in e-commerce or consumer packaged goods industries.
- Strong understanding of luxury branding and design principles.
- Expertise in Figma , Canva , Photoshop , and image rendering tools.
- Proficiency in creating assets across digital, print, and packaging mediums.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to meeting deadlines.
- A portfolio showcasing relevant work is required.
