The Role

Obviouslee is seeking a Contract Graphic Designer for our creative team, with potential for future full-time employment. We're looking for a dynamic designer specializing in sports and events clients, with flexibility to support additional projects. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, can efficiently manage their workload independently, and thrives on variety. You'll create work that looks exceptional, and effectively communicates strategic ideas. We want a tech-forward professional excited about emerging technologies and able to seamlessly integrate AI design tools into their creative process.

This contract position runs from January-June 2025, with potential for full-time hire.

The Job

• Translate creative direction into strategic, visually stunning design solutions
• Design for print and digital formats
• Create exceptional email designs, social media content, and digital ads
• Independently manage multiple projects simultaneously, manage priorities, meet deadlines, and communicate progress
• Motivated, organized, and able to think creatively and meticulously with a sharp eye for detail
• Can adapt designs to various styles and client needs
• Ability to take direction, respond well to input, and change direction as the project requires
• Contribute fresh, conceptual ideas
• Utilize creative AI tools and stay current with design technologies
• Support Brand Designers collaboratively

• Versatile designer able to tailor style to client requirements
• Track record of high-performing designs for email, social, and digital ads
• Team player comfortable with projects of any scale
• Experience working on multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud
• Proven experience with creative AI design tools
• Experience with sports and events clients preferred
• Agency experience a plus, but not a requirement
• Bonus: Experience with Asana project management
