Job Title: Graphic Designer
Location: Zeeland, MI
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (with some flexibility)
Compensation: $18-$22

Position Overview:
We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our team full-time to assist in the development of visually compelling marketing assets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for redesigning product packaging, creating digital content for our online platforms, and supporting the creation of print materials and advertising. Working closely with the marketing team, you will play a key role in enhancing Pangea’s brand presence and maintaining a cohesive, recognizable visual identity across all channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Package Design: Create innovative and impactful packaging designs for a wide range of Pangea Reptile products.
Digital Graphics: Design digital content for multiple platforms including:
Websites
Email Marketing
Social Media (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube)
Print Materials: Design promotional materials such as banners, brochures, and advertisements.
Brand Development: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all materials.
Advertising: Create print advertisement designs as needed to support marketing campaigns.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or equivalent professional experience.
Experience: At least 1 year of professional graphic design experience, with a focus on packaging and digital media.
Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing your past work, particularly product packaging and design for digital platforms.
Software Proficiency: Expert-level knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including but not limited to:
Illustrator
Photoshop
After Effects
InDesign
Premiere Pro
Photography: Experience with DSLR or mirrorless cameras for product photography is a plus.
Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the reptile industry and comfort in handling reptiles is beneficial, but not required.
Personal Attributes: Strong attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Physical Demands:
Ability to sit for extended periods of time.
Repetition of hand movements, such as using a mouse, keyboard, and graphic design tools.
Ability to distinguish between different colors, shades, and brightness levels.
