We’re looking for a talented Graphic Designer with strong layout and production skills to join our in-house team. You’ll be responsible for creating print-ready files for a wide range of products including business cards, brochures, signage, banners and similar items.

Responsibilities:

Design and prepare artwork for print and wide-format output

Create mockups and client proofs for approval

Follow brand guidelines and print specifications

Communicate directly with customers when needed to finalize designs

Work collaboratively with our production and sales teams to meet tight deadlines

Manage multiple projects efficiently while maintaining quality and accuracy

Requirements:

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)

Strong understanding of layout, typography, and print production

2+ years of experience in a print or sign shop environment preferred

Ability to prepare clean, print-ready files with bleeds, crops, and proper resolution

Excellent time management and organizational skills

Positive attitude and a willingness to learn new processes

Bonus Skills:

Knowledge of wide-format printers and RIP software

Familiarity with sign industry materials and specs
