Key Responsibilities:
Create visually engaging designs for print and digital media, including brochures, flyers, posters, social media posts, email templates, and websites.
Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to understand project goals, target audiences, and brand guidelines.
Design graphics for marketing campaigns, advertisements, and promotional materials that align with brand identity.
Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all company visuals.
Edit and manipulate images, photos, and other visual assets to enhance overall designs.
Create web and mobile-friendly designs, including graphics for websites, banners, and landing pages.
Work with the marketing team to design compelling social media content to engage and attract followers.
Prepare design files for print production and digital publishing, ensuring they meet the required specifications and quality standards.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to deadlines.
Stay updated on design trends, software, and industry best practices to keep the brand’s visual identity fresh and modern.
Communicate design ideas and concepts clearly to team members and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience as a graphic designer or in a similar creative role.
Strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of design projects, including print and digital work.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
Experience with web design, HTML/CSS, and knowledge of UX/UI design is a plus.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for design aesthetics.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Knowledge of video editing or animation software (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a bonus.
Experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms is a plus.
