Great Basin Industrial is seeking a Construction Recruiter to join our team. You will help build and retain our workforce with critical infrastructure projects across the country. Experience with Trades Staffing Highly Preferred!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develops and implements recruiting methodologies/practices that will ensure quality workforce to meet GBI goals and objectives.
• Responsible for the recruitment of personnel consisting of professionals in executive, managerial, information systems, engineering, project management, estimating, finance, administration and trades.
• Represents the company at conferences, associations, job fairs, and other networking events to build relationships, promote the company, and develop an understanding of the employment market.
• Builds relationships with trade schools, staffing agencies and other talent resources
• Works with division leaders to recruit and coordinate hiring skilled craftsmen, including outreach programs, job postings, screening resumes/job applications, performing interviews, and build our employer brand.
• Trains hiring managers and support personnel on the proper talent acquisition processes and procedures to ensure a positive and timely hiring experience.
• Maintains necessary files covering applications, interviews, and hiring procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 5+ years of previous recruiting experience. Strong knowledge of construction management and skilled trade functions, labor laws, work rules, regulations, and record keeping.
• Strong administrative, computer, organization, and communication/interpretation skills are required.
• Must be able to work independently with a high degree of customer service
• Authorization to work in the US
• EXTENSIVE TRAVEL REQUIRED
