    What is Process Serving?

As a process server, your job will be to drive around your local area and personally deliver (serve) legal paperwork to specific individuals. Each process server will be designated an area or territory (county lines, zip codes, etc), for which work gets delegated based on the assignment. You will get paid $24 for the cases you serve instead of a traditional hourly rate. You can reliably expect between 25-60 cases per week. When making use of our integrated app, training program, and software, we make becoming a process server easier than it's ever been!

All Process Servers are hired as independent sub-contractors. You will be responsible for your tools and needs to do your job properly, however, we do supply paper and printer ink. You will be able to write many of these things on your taxes like mileage, phone bills, internet, home office, and the sort. You will receive a 1099 at the end of the year for your earnings.

    Benefits:

    • Flexible work schedule (cases have 21 days to be served or attempted)
    • Annual bonuses (and others if circumstances apply)
    • Opportunities for advancement
    • Serve the first 10 cases and receive a $100 bonus

    • Work mornings, days, nights, and some weekends (very flexible)

    • A smartphone
    • Reliable transportation

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Serve legal documents at multiple addresses
    • Print your own cases
    • Check email regularly
    • Receive and make phone calls
    • Organizing and creating daily driving routes
    • Use our integrated app to document attempts and service of cases
    • Communicate efficiently with office staff

    Hiring & Training Process

    1. Pass the questionnaire and apply

    2. Expect initial contact through ZipRecruiter or Mobile phone.

    3. Following the interview process, candidates must go through a 2-hour long online training. This will walk through from start to finish how to be an effective process server. Expect videos, small quizzes, and a final exam. The exams have a 100% success rate so it is an easy learning path.

    4. Following training completion, Process Server-in-training will complete and send service agreement paperwork back to the hiring agent.

    5. Expect a debrief from a hiring agent to discuss any questions, concerns, and case delegation. From here you are free to begin working.
