We are currently searching for a Manager, SAP Center of Excellence based in our Kulpsville, PA facility.
JOB SUMMARY:
The Manager, SAP Center of Excellence will perform a variety of functions encompassing the SAP ERP environment and must be able to manage the technical support of the SAP ERP application environment via in house and managed support; build and maintain stakeholder relationships; as well as participate in a leadership role in road-mapping for the future upgrade to S/4HANA. This person will develop and lead the SAP Center of Excellence and will partner with business leaders across the organization to understand, including gathering and analyzing data in support of business cases and proposed projects as well as prioritize and manage the SAP project portfolio. This position oversees and manages the direct team responsible for the ongoing maintenance and enhancement of the SAP Application environment. This person will be primary person responsible for the partnership of ensuring the successful delivery of FICO solutions that meet the Business requirements.

At least 15 years of administration experience spanning SAP Applications, information services, systems and technology, with increasing level of responsibility throughout.
5+ years direct management/supervisory experience required, preferably in a CoE model
Experience managing at least two full-cycle SAP implementations one of which is S/4HANA
Requires good understanding of business processes, coupled with the ability to effectively partner with functional managers to effectively manage portfolio
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Thorough understanding of information technology and information technology systems.
