Sales professionals are responsible for overseeing the sale of products from beginning to end. As the direct point of contact with customers, you will know our products inside and out to meet needs, set expectations, and smoothly complete the purchase process.
Responsibilities
Acquire new customers by reaching out to leads and generating new leads
Serve existing customers by optimizing their current purchase plan
Address and resolve customer complaints and queries
Make recommendations for the customer
Maintains documentation of customer contact and account updates
Qualifications
High school diploma or higher
Excellent people and communication skills
Coachable and willing to learn
Ability to set goals and meet deadlines; self-motivated
A service attitude-able to handle calls with questions or issues that do not end in a sale
Must be able to pass a background check and attain and sustain a valid State license
