Job Description
Eataly’s bustling marketplaces feature a rich variety of unique, high-quality Italian and local products. The Grocery Manager helps oversee the Front End, Grocery and Housewares departments. Reports to the Operations Manager; manages the Cashiers for Front End, as well as the Market Associates for Grocery and Housewares.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or Associate Degree
2+ year of experience in a retail management position
Demonstrated problem-solving, organizational, and business management skills
Excellent communication, leadership, and team-building skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Availability to work onsite with a flexible schedule including nights and weekends
Ability to exert well-paced mobility for up to 8 hours, including standing, walking, bending, and squatting
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Ability to use a hand truck, cart, box cutter, ladder, label maker, and cleaning supplies
