Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding customer service by assisting customers with inquiries, locating products, and offering product recommendations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing grocery store environment.
• Handle transactions accurately and efficiently using the cash register.
• Assist with restocking shelves, rotating products, and monitoring inventory levels.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations.
• Uphold food safety standards and guidelines in all aspects of work.
• Support Manager in daily tasks as needed.

Skills:

• Strong sales skills with the ability to engage employees and drive sales.
• Prior experience in retail sales or customer service preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage inventory and keep the store tidy.
• Proficient in phone etiquette for effective communication with customers.
• Knowledge of grocery store operations and products.
